Electrical Inspection & Testing
Minimum disruption, maximum peace of mind by preventing electrical overloading and providing breakdown, damage and fire protection. Regular electrical inspections are now required to all Victorian investment properties with the intention to greatly increase the safety and security of buildings and the people who live there.
We strive to deliver exceptional service to all our customers.
A detailed electrical report will be completed along with a visual inspection of the following electrical items:
- Switchboard/fuse box
- Lighting
- Power outlets
- Exhaust fans
- Hard wired appliances
- Safety switches
A fault in any of these could lead to overheating and melting, serious harm or an electrical fire.
Certificates of electrical safety will be provided upon completion - these need to be made available to your renters.
